But what do I have to say to the world?   Aarrgh! 

After thinking about a few things -- being a single Mom, learning to do home improvement projects myself (love a project!), etc...Those are  worthy subjects, but one of my biggest passions is natural health and wellness.  Through  explorations and awakenings, I've gained some knowledge and hope to share what I've learned and hear from other people. I also want to share links to products when you take time for yourself.
